Preheat oven or electric roaster to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place ham on a rack inside the roasting pan with the fat side up and cover. Cook for 12-15 min per pound. (3-4.5 hours, depending on the size of the ham.)
About 45 minutes before the ham will be done, remove it from the roasting pan to a large cutting board and remove the skin.
Cut the flesh in a diamond-pattern about a half inch into the flesh to help the glaze get into the ham.
In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup, whisk together the glaze ingredients.
Return the ham to roasting pan and brush on ⅓ of the glaze. 15 minutes later, brush on another ⅓ glaze.
Pour the last of the glaze on when there are 15 minutes left.
Remove from roasting pan to a large cutting board and let sit 15 minutes before cutting
