Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whole milk yogurt I prefer Stonyfield
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 3 Tablespoons 60% cacao chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup water


  • Add ingredients to the Wolf Gourmet High Performance Blender jar in the order listed, cover, and set to smoothie.
  • Press start and let it blend away. You can use the tamper, if needed, to move the ingredients around.
  • If too thick when done, you can add more water, 1 Tablespoon at a time.
  • Pour into a pint glass or jar (16 ounces) and enjoy.


By using frozen fruit, you can skip ice altogether (which I prefer because it waters down your smoothie).
