Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Tzatziki

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 10- ounce container Sabra Classic Tzatziki Dip


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Rinse the Brussels sprouts and pat them dry. Trim the ends and cut in half. Arrange on prepared baking sheet in one layer.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes evenly over them.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through the baking time.
  • Remove from oven, transfer to serving plate, and serve with Sabra Classic Tzatziki Dip for dipping.
