Sabra hummus

As many of you know, I am a brand ambassador for Sabra Dipping Company. You’ve probably also heard news of the recall they have recently issued. Here’s a little more about it: During routine random sampling at the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, a single container of Classic flavor hummus tested positive for … [Read more…]

Tex-Mex Lasagna featuring Sabra Southwestern Style Salsa - Poet in the Pantry - #sabratastemaker

I cook what I … [Read more…]

Welcome!

poet in the pantry It’s now 2023 and my focus has shifted. I haven’t written a recipe in 4 years. I haven’t worked with clients. I don’t intend to ever again. I don’t even have ads on my blog anymore. There are no new stories to tell. I have moved away from this blog. Food, photography, and writing will always be a part of my world, but it’s time to enter the next phase of my life. Thank you for all of your support over the years. I had no idea back in 2010 that I would reach over 1.7 million people with my thoughts and photos. I never could have done that without you!
