Rocky Road Brownies

The road to self-improvement is a rocky one, full of ruts and potholes, mudslides and blockages. Oftentimes, you wonder if you’ll arrive at your destination. Should you turn around and go back? Is this even a path you should pursue? It’s never quite as easy as we anticipate. I’m up to day 21 of my … [Read more…]

Chocolate Malt Marshmallows

Welcome!

poet in the pantry It’s now 2023 and my focus has shifted. I haven’t written a recipe in 4 years. I haven’t worked with clients. I don’t intend to ever again. I don’t even have ads on my blog anymore. There are no new stories to tell. I have moved away from this blog. Food, photography, and writing will always be a part of my world, but it’s time to enter the next phase of my life. Thank you for all of your support over the years. I had no idea back in 2010 that I would reach over 1.7 million people with my thoughts and photos. I never could have done that without you!
