Just this morning we checked out of Disney’s Carribean Beach Resort (Jamaica). Your article is spot on. The resort was comfortable and adequate, but the food tent was pretty disappointing. As well, because check in is so streamed, we seemed to be uninformed as to all the resort had to offer. It seems we were left finding things the hard way. I believe the resort staff in general should be sensitive to first time visitors.
We awoke our first morning to discover our inroom coffeemake was not working. After calling the front desk, it took almost an hour to receive the replacement.
Rooms were serviced each day but really not thoroughly cleaned. A/C was a bit noisy and needed a good vacuuming; I replayed these observations to the staff via email, x2 but never received a reply.
Although the resort is moderately priced, the price tag is still significant. That being said, there is still room for improvement, especially for a Disney Resort

Thank you for this post. We’re staying there next week and this helped us make some decisions. Great job writing and with the pictures as well.
