Happy New Year!
I fully intended to have some insightful post ready today to close out 2015. Something that looked back on the year thoughtfully, reflecting upon the good and the bad, the growth I’ve made and the lessons I’ve learned. The sort of thing a good blogger would do because she planned out her editorial calendar and filled all the gaps with seasonally-appropriate material.
But, to be honest, I haven’t managed more than 4 hours of sleep per night for most of the last month, and I’m just too tired.
So you’ll have to settle for this bubbly little hibiscus flower cocktail instead, that’s perfect for toasting the new year. It’s about all I have mind power for this late in the game. At least it’s pretty to look at it. (Though it would have been prettier if the clouds didn’t roll in and I managed to get home from work early enough that there was still daylight to work with.) But hey, what about those adorable mini sparkling wine bottles? Yay…
Thank you for traveling along this road with me for the last 5 years. I can’t wait to see what 2016 brings next! I hope you’ll stick around to find out!
Cheers!
