Fire Up The Grill!!!
Burgers are comfort food year-round, but they really shine in the summer. Whether it’s a backyard barbecue or just you and your honey, they’re versatile enough to suit a myriad of eating occasions. Beef, chicken, pork, or veggie, it doesn’t matter–they are all excellent options for speedy satiety.
Sadly, I seem to only have two burger recipes on the blog currently: Cheeseburger Quesadilla Deluxe, featuring Sabra Guacamole and Salsa, and these Festive Fall Sliders I concocted for KING’S HAWAIIAN last October. They get their flavor boost from a secret ingredient–cranberry pepper jelly. Feel free to change it out to suit your mood (red pepper jelly would be my very next choice) or transform them into full-sized burgers. I highly recommend sticking with the KING’S HAWAIIAN rolls though–that little touch of sweetness in a soft bun is the perfect foil for any burger.
