    Ham is my favorite entree for Easter. Because I have a sweet tooth, I have more than one favorite dessert!

    We have ham and sweet potatoes and green beans and my favorite is Fresh Strawberry pie and homemade
    whipped cream.

    Our family’s Easter ham was made with Vernor’s soda, brown sugar, pineapple and sour cream and horseradish sauce on the side. This family tradition is carried on through myself and my daughter. Hope we win a ham to make our Easter happy and hammy!!!

    I’m curious. Did you add liquid to the roaster pan? It’s my first time using an electric roaster for ham.

        Thank you for your response! Our Easter ham was delicious. We ended up placing it fat side down in the roaster and adding some chicken broth to pan. I didn’t want to do fat side up. On a plain vanilla day (not a holiday) I will also try without the liquid. I will let you know!
