Gingerbread is something I rarely bake. These sound so easy and anything with cream cheese frosting is worth trying!

  2. My favorite recipe!?!? That’s way too hard of a choice! So I’m going to go with my first instinct… the first recipe I immediately thought of were Slutty Brownies. They had my mouth watering and I’ve been dying to make them ever since. *Note to self: Make them already!!

    Happy 2nd Blogerversary!

Congratulations on 2 years Carrie and those cupcakes do look amazing! My favourite post is actually one you did recently – the after school muffins made with ground almonds (I have the ingredients ready and waiting to try them out!)

  4. Happy Blogiversary!! It’s tough to find balance and make time to blog, especially when your life is in transition (or in shambles, as I’ve sometimes felt). The important thing is that you take time for yourself so you have the time, energy and spirit to share with your readers and inspire them! πŸ™‚ These cupcakes look wonderful and delicious. I’m a firm believer that things don’t have to look beautiful to taste that way. Some of my favorite foods are the ugliest to photograph so I’ve given up and taken it as God’s way of reminding me to just simply enjoy food. Anyway, thank you for sharing–gingerbread reminds me of my grandma who taught me to bake, so I love trying new versions of a classic πŸ™‚

    • Life really is a constant seeking of balance between extremes, isn’t it? We’re always swinging back and forth like the pendulum, rarely finding the right amount to make it all work perfectly. Thank you!
