It’s been a long week–and an even longer weekend. While we did not host Thanksgiving at our home, we did have a second Thanksgiving yesterday–a sort of practice run, just to see if I could actually do it. There were some lessons learned–you don’t roast a turkey with the roasting pan cover on, for example (though it did turn out incredibly moist!)–and it was quite empowering, especially since I am more of a baker than a cook.

I am a few days late in sharing my gratitude, but it must be expressed, nonetheless. Thank you for taking your precious time and using it to read my blog! This may be my journey in food, but I appreciate you sharing it with me. I have learned so much from all of you–you’ve made such an impact on my life!
