    • It’s a less-processed form of sugar. I’ve seen it in the health food sections of grocery stores and at health food stores. Places like Whole Foods and even, surprisingly, Ocean State Job Lot, carry it as well. If you don’t have it, you can use regular old granulated sugar in its place.
