Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Tzatziki

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 10-ounce container Sabra Classic Tzatziki Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts and pat them dry. Trim the ends and cut in half. Arrange on prepared baking sheet in one layer.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes evenly over them.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through the baking time.
  5. Remove from oven, transfer to serving plate, and serve with Sabra Classic Tzatziki Dip for dipping.
