Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries
  • ½ cup vanilla whole milk yogurt (I prefer Stonyfield)
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 3 Tablespoons 60% cacao chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup water
  1. Add ingredients to the Wolf Gourmet High Performance Blender jar in the order listed, cover, and set to smoothie.
  2. Press start and let it blend away. You can use the tamper, if needed, to move the ingredients around.
  3. If too thick when done, you can add more water, 1 Tablespoon at a time.
  4. Pour into a pint glass or jar (16 ounces) and enjoy.
By using frozen fruit, you can skip ice altogether (which I prefer because it waters down your smoothie).
