Caramelized Onion Hummus Dip

  • 1 8-ounce tub Sabra Caramelized Onion and Smoked Paprika Hummus
  • 8 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons canned mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic reduction
  1. Open hummus and sprinkle over it the olives, mushrooms and feta.
  2. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top.
  3. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
Balsamic reduction is like a balsamic vinegar syrup. It's concentrated balsamic vinegar mixed with sugar and is amazing on everything. If you can't find it already bottled, you can cook down balsamic vinegar over the stove, adding some brown sugar for sweetness.
