Greek Pasta Salad

  • 16 ounces pasta
  • 4 mini cucumbers, diced
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes, halved and quartered
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Greek vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1-1¼ cups crumbled Nikos Traditional Feta
  1. Cook pasta to al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, tossing until well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  4. Top with additional crumbled Nikos Traditional Feta when serving.
