Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  1. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whip with a hand mixer until light and airy.
  3. Can be made up to 3 hours before needed; just store covered in the refrigerator.
