Yet, we get so busy, wrapped up in the repetition of routine, preparing for the day ahead of us, that it’s easy to forget to take a moment to fuel ourselves for what lies ahead. I’m asking you to make that time this month. Wake up 10 minutes earlier, if you have to (I know, I know, but trust me–I’m suffering with you, now that I have to wake 30 minutes earlier than I used to in order to get the kidlets off to their new child care arrangements). Prepare something that makes your mouth water. Do whatever it takes to start that good habit.

I picture them being served at Sunday brunch, but, thanks to refrigerated biscuit dough, these are so easy, you can make them any day of the week! But shhh!
