Don’t get me wrong–most of the time, I do like to bake–and even cook sometimes, too. It sounds like an odd combination, but with the sour-sweet cranberries, a little crunch from the walnuts, and the bit of bite from the horseradish, you will be addicted. My 8-year-old was sneaking spoonfuls when I ran for the camera. He can’t get enough of it. Me? I’m smearing it on everything: bagels, crackers, even Toufayan Scoop-able Pita Chips! Any vehicle possible to get more of this yum spread into my body.

- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup walnuts, toasted then chopped
- ¼ cup dried sweetened cranberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon horseradish powder
- Mix thoroughly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Use within 3 days, for best flavor.
