  3. I’m glad you took some time for yourself! I’m just like you and FINALLY I have to pay attention and take care of an over-use injury that has become unbearable!

  4. Hey Carrie, glad to hear that you are taking care of yourself. It’s better late than never, especially when it comes to your body. I too am guilty of ignoring the signs of my fatigued body one too many times. I have a gift card to Bliss that has been sitting around for about a year, because I just haven’t found the time to be good to myself! Thanks for the reminder to take a breather. Hope you are feeling much better.
